Order Policy
Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Shipping Method
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders less than $100, shipping cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance, and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a UPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.
YOUR ORDER
Status
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Isaac Hers accepts the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached). Items sold at discount are final sale and not eligible for return. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
Email service@isaachers.com to request an RA number prior to returning the item. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to Isaac Hers using an insured service such as US Priority Mail to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)
